I've completed every quest and have 80+ skills (not bragging, just showing at least some experience with this game) and I've never had a problem with bank space. Ever. Just organize your bank through the tabs and you'll be able to judge which items you do and don't need.
No support, there are many other important things to be worked on, not an organizer for your bank.

Dang it Groffy!! You just dropped my support percentage from 99.6% to 99.2%!! As there are about 250 supporters for every 1 non-supporter, you are definitely in the minority here.

Actually two pages back (on page 104) another player stated their lack of support for this idea, although in a more caustic tone. I completely respect those of us that have accomplished what you have and don't find themselves constantly struggling with bank space. Rather than rewrite, please look back to page 104 for my thoughts on this.

Also as SwingDoom28 above you mentioned the WOM now does help much more with quest items, but at the time of the OP the WOM just looked at F2P non-member items. I'd like to think maybe this thread helped motivate Jagex to improve the WOM and his help with quest items.
