An interesting idea, it probably won't be at all banks (maybe in the room upstairs for some banks?) Might take a while to develop maybe, but a good idea.
I'm sick of deciding weather or not to keep a quest item that the wise old man isn't sure about, because I like to hang on to them just in case... It's why dingo holds all of my holiday items.
