I was wondering if we could make the Rainbow Cape a cosmetic item, like per account, that way I can use my beautiful Rainbow cape without having to sacrifice my other capes abilities? I mean it was different when it cost 100-200m but now it's 1m for the cape, it has no benefit other than cosmetic, why can't we just make it a cosmetic?
