Support, the saved clicks will be nice. The people who sell the magic notepaper they get from TH may be happy too as this would probably raise the price of it a little bit.

I don't see it raising the price tbh since all it's really doing is saving one invy space unless it makes them untradable after adding them to the book that is

It saves a click, might inspire more people to use the notepaper so demand would rise, albeit slightly.

even so saving a click ain't gonna make the price increase considering how easy it is to get notepaper unless like I said they make it untradable after adding it to the book/tool belt but then again u might be right since if something does like this does happen itll be new and a lot of people will wanna max out on papers when it releases but that's just how the market works I suppose
so it'll probably go up then settle back down after the hype

so you want an overpowered archeology relic free with no requirements , sounds awful.
Nothing free about it, you still pay the 450gp or however much notepaper costs to charge the book. And that arch relic (150 monolith cost) you speak of only notes bones and ashes. That has it's place, but so does this. Consider the notepaper book 'pay as you go', it can note more things but it costs more to use. If the price of notepaper does go up as a result, good, more gold leaves the game via their use. And for those that don't wish to use them, sell them, it becomes a sought after drop on treasure hunter either way. I feel like Jagex are pushing content down the convenience route more and more, which this fits into, along with gold deflation and making TH more rewarding. It doesn't just save one click, it saves hundreds per trip, and an inventory space (which doesn't sound like a lot, but people really like to optimise their inventory set-up). Anyway, the idea is out there, take it or leave it

Only 2% as a tax, the rest just gets moved around between players, and compared to the whole market, this increase in tax gold sink due to a price rise (if it happens) will be less than a water molecule in a bucket.
