So it popped in my head earlier, why do I not really like using familiars but love conjures? simply put the ease of keeping them up. Conjures take one inventory slot and have three options, and I'm not far from just calling all at once. Familiars not only have a time limit but require an inventory slot and only serve one purpose. The biggest problem being the item needed to keep them active ISNT stackable. So I had the idea for a combo.

Spirit Lantern

20 Invention to make since its an assist item. Requires a T70 Skull Lantern, 10000 Spirit Shards, 100 of each chromatic charm, an augmentor, and some appropriate invention materials. Unwieldable uncharged version created by the recipe must be take to the ritual site and put through a Lesser Ensoul Material Ritual. Allows for upgrading with Invention, 40 and 60 respectively. Matching rituals, Ensoul and Greater Ensoul, required to charge the lantern for combat use.

Has combat stats of the lantern used to make it. Is a Conduit as the Skull Lantern is. Is auto augmented.

Using a summon pouch on it charges it with that pouch. If your active familiar would time out the Spirit Lantern would consume a charge and renew it. Can be charged with a number of different pouches allowing some variation. If future Summoning updates allow multiple familiars at once will work with all readily.

With this the combat style for Necromancy and Summoning is brought to bear, the master and their minions.
