Every combat style has different optimal rotations. And each of these optimal rotations may involve a different number of abilities.
Currently, you either have to resign yourself to an suboptimal revolution setup or go through the interface options to change the size of your revolution bar every time you switch combat styles.
This is particularly obvious now with necromancy, which still wants many abilities accessible on the action bar, but wants very few to be automatically triggered by revolution.
The two improvements I see for this (which are not mutually exclusive) are:
1. Have the size of the revolution window customizable on a per-action-bar basis. This will allow every action bar to use its own revolution window, and eliminate changing of action bar sizes except for when you want to fine-tune a present setup.
2. Have the revolution window resizeable without entering the menu. This would function in a similar way to how we currently are able to move and resize UI windows. By clicking and holding the edge of a revolution window, the player could drag it to encompass a different number of actions.
I truly think either or both of these changes would go a long way to improving QOL for those of us who use revolution.
