I've noticed that for actions whatever you last did with something it becomes what using that is set on. I don't know if it's possible, but I believe a good feature would be a setting you may choose, where whatever the last thing you did with an item was, becomes the next left click option with that item. I can see how this could be a difficult thing to implement, but then again I would have thought that would be, yet it was done.

If you mean like example Logs: Use, Drop and Examine! You want to flip it so it becomes Drop, Use and Examine! If that's the case then sure, why not! But only until log out then next time you log in again it will be the default options!

This is something we should have had years ago, there must be a reason we don't have it. Bob says:
