So there is the max cap system that puts 3 perks onto a cape. My idea is that after you fully unlock the elite set for skilling you can merge it with other sets. For example, if you have the Magic golem set, the master camouflage, and the fury shark set you could merge them and have the perks for all 3 sets in the one outfit. If possible maybe making it where all the elite sets could merge into one so that you only need one set for everything.
