Forgive the crap title, I hope you know what I mean by it.
Reduce the opacity of other players health bars, icons, effects, etc. Even if its only by 25%.
Do it before Necromancy hits, I can only imagine all those creeps we spawn will replicate this with their individual health, etc. It's like a game of "Where's Waldo" and very disorienting... Bob says:
