Pretty simple suggestion. I think that it would be a great addition to the game. A mid-tier, repeatable, boss. That boss being yourself. It would base it's attack type and gear on your own skillset and gear. If you show up wearing t90 Mage gear and 99 magic, it would have 99 range and be wearing t90 Range gear, and use relevant abilities and prayers based on what you yourself have unlocked. Don't really care what it would drop, whether safe or not, etc, I just think it would be a grand way to test yourself, and a bit of fun being mocked by yourself during combat.

Uhh, you do know that ranged beats magic in the combat triangle, right? So according to OP, It'll actually pick the winning side.
