I've seen RS develop from a tiny thing those brothers put together ( I played the BETA version long ago) and has evolved and modernized into a wonderful game full of adventure. The game has taken on a new look and a new vibe within RS3 I wasn't expecting when coming back a couple months ago. Love the graphics, emotes, storyline, and nice job on necromancy!

It's good to see that players of the first hour are still among us, enjoying RuneScape and all the work that has been done up to this moment. There's more to come ...
I've been playing RuneScape on and off (no one ever quits, they just take breaks) for about 20 years. I started in 5th grade with a few of my friends and we played everyday after school. As I got older less and less of those friends would continue to play. I kind of just kept playing almost in a single player mode for a while, my anxiety was too bad to really try to make friends with random people. Then one day, about 7-8 years ago, someone asked me if I wanted to be in a clan, I said no. I hated the idea of being in a clan because I knew I wouldn't talk in the Clan Chat or come to any of the events etc. But this specific player told me that stuff didn't matter and that everyone was welcome and if I didn't feel comfortable doing something in the clan then I wouldn't have to. It's crazy now, I still have anxiety issues and I'm now the owner of that same clan and I run our Discord and try to be active in the forums. I feel more relaxed in game talking to people than I do with random people in public.
TL;DR
- RuneScape has done a lot for my mental health over the years, even though I took breaks, it was nice to know it was always there as an option to distract me during the harder times. For that I thank The Gowers, Jagex and all of the J Mods who put so much work into RuneScape for so long!
I am the milk man.
My milk is delicious.
