I have only been playing for about two years, but really love the game and sign in every day. We have a new puppy who gets us up at the most ungodly hours in the morning so have often done all my daily RS chores before I go to work, and so can choose to do something different each day afterwards when I get an hour or so before real life intrudes again. It is my haven of peace and escape from a sometimes daunting and challenging reality

A friend let me know that i could play Runescape free for two weeks and i thought since its been a few years since i last played i'll give it a go. Wow things have certainly changed! One thing i remember from my time playing before was the music getting better and better. My favourite song being wending through the willows. But i heard Elven Sunrise during my 'free trial' and it really moved me and has now top spot on my RS song list.
I enjoyed playing so much that i'm now into the first month of a six month subscription. I hope this game will always be as there is just something about it that no other game has. You can take your call of duty's and Battlefields, Runescape will always have a place with me.

The people I've met in such a short time have been so helpful and accepting of a newbie, jealous even of my raw joy they lived so many years ago.
