Just wanted to say that Ms Toxicity handled a situation that arose on the General forum perfectly. Even though the user kept posting the same thread, for a total of four times, Ms Toxicity managed to negotiate, sort of speak, with the user to avoid handing out a forum mute. I just thought that was awesome.

Thanks for communicating with the community to resolve issues and avoid users from repeating them. I think that they learn better that way.
