I just want to say how much I appreciated this line in the March 19th news update:
"I got this call wrong and thank you for letting us know how you feel."
It is refreshing to see the person at the top of the chain take personal responsibility for decisions, rather than try to shunt it off on others in the organisation or leave the decision-making process frustratingly vague or opaque.
A recognition that the boss's desk is where the proverbial buck stops is good to see, and the forthrightness is most welcome.
Needless to say, the willingness to change a decision based on community input is also a Very Good Thing, and puts meat on the bone of the claim that Jagex is a company dedicated to its players.
Good job!
