Decent! Very generous with the rewards. Only issue is it can be difficult to see enemies.
I especially like how many variations there are; 10 regular, 3 special, and not all combat!

Yeah, aside from a couple of relatively minor flaws (people able to ruin runs on low-population worlds by hopping in with under a minute left and spiking the requirements beyond what's possible to get and a handful of reports of skull-tricking by dropping Cursed Energy in the middle of the chaos), I'd call this a "Wild" success. :P

It's really something to see dozens of players cooperating all at once; there's a real sense of community forming as high-level players kill any ambush mobs that happen to show up (even during skilling events where the ambushee might not be armed at all), place Prisms of Loyalty and use Ice Asylum to heal anyone who takes damage from the events or volcano fragments, and even back off once they've completed their personal requirements so that everyone has time to complete theirs. It's become something like an impromptu boss Mass without the stress of high-level PvM, and because the rewards are so good I don't foresee them dying out any time soon.

I never would have expected the Wilderness of all places to become a near-perfect example of positivity in this community, but somehow Jagex pulled it off. Between the original Wilderness Reborn and now these Events, the Wilderness has become a really great, active place again with relatively little griefing, and I've never had more fun wandering it. I tip my hat to the dev team; you've really surpassed my expectations.

I agree. It's been a while since I've seen a flock of players reuniting for an event every hour. Very nice addition to the game and great way to revamp the Wilderness. Combat level: 15.
Level 99 in all non-combat skills: July 7th, 2020.

I realize I'm late on this (haven't really been super active in RS recently) but yeah, I really enjoy them. Most modern MMOs and online games have surface world dynamics like this. For example, you have the dolmens in ESO or the public events in Fallout 76. While they're not fully dynamic or random, they do add to the feeling that the world is alive and that only helps RS feel like a better game overall. I hope we get more content like this, but across the entire game world. Give us reasons to revisit low level areas more often! ~
