I dunno what's best for the game, but I'm admittedly excited about having another DXP and over such a long span of time.
I'm going to do elite dungeons for dunge xp and tokens. I've invested nothing for a DXP merch, but I have items from monster drops which are probably up. I could sell those.
After I get comp cape, master quest cape, and whatever else, there's nothing left but PvM and merching. 5.6b xp doesn't interest me much. There's a lot of content now. Maybe it makes sense to speed things up with DXP. I don't know.
I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.

Regarding collecting expensive items, Should I go for bis gear in rs3 on an alt, or bis gear in osrs? osrs would take at least twice as long, as their currency is worth more. I'd be collecting bis before I can actually wield the items in both games. Once the items have been obtained, I will then level the alt. Don't feel like making an entire thread for this. I'd go for melee, then magic then ranged on both games.
BIS is OSRS, because we're getting GWD3 soon here. Also, it sounds like you already have best on RS3. Stick with one primary account for pvm. If I get bored with RS3, I'll focus on OSRS, maybe.
Unless the alt is a RS3 ironman. That would be neat.

I would always recommend range > melee > magic as of today if money isn't an object for combat.
Bis range costs 10-20b though
You'd need like 4 blights, sgb, ecb, a couple ammies and dyes for your switches

small imput, not to mention a spare sgb+ecb for in your ammies and bolt+arrow switches(for arrows just blackstone arrows)
