Purely from speculation, these are my estimated guesses for the number of rares remaining within circulation:
Partyhats :~~~~~~~~700 of each
Holly Wreath :~~~~~700
BSH :~~~~~~~~~~~~1800
Xmas Scythe :~~~~~4000
H'ween Masks :~~~~5000 of each
RSH :~~~~~~~~~~~12,000

Not interested in edibles and incidental rares so those are not included. Theres way more black santas and red santas

~25k santas originally and now probably considerably less on active accounts.

ye i guess it doesnt make much sense now that i read back on it. but simply put i think its between like 16-18k total maybe 19k at most. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

I have always had this information saved in my notes. Apparently a JMOD posted this information in 2008 somewhere on like reddit or the rs forums. I don't have a number for white partyhats.

1629 Blue
2865 Red
3610 Green
4517 Yellow
2625 Purple

You don't need to save these in your notes as you can find it on the internet. Every player know that Jagex never revealed numbers, I don't know how you fall for it, you are older player.
Anyways, this is what guy said after he made up those fake numbers.

Green Hallowe'ens I would strongly guess while they were still in GE
there were ~2100 actively traded through 1b-max

Easter Eggs I would strongly guess
there was ~900 actively traded between 300m(may-2020)-current price

With certain rares you can tell how low/high volume that item
is on how often that GE price updated

These guesses are Based on how many i bought in a given price span.
Also active traded amount doesn't put a number on total active in game

Do what you want with this as only jagex will truly know ;)

where the majority is BIASED AF
and like 60% of people grab numbers out of their arse

smh people if u read this take it with a VERY HUGE grain of salt
because 80% of people here are here to make money, and some will go to great lengths.

anyways as yall should know price doesn't reflect rarity just cause its rare doesn't mean it has value nor is something that looks cool should have a lot of value .. there are so many more factors anyways I hope this thread gets locked and people just skip this bs shit i love bananananaaa
