Any buy or sell between two players is fair game other than a sale between friends which is either at a discount or staged (not possible to prove either).

41b is on the lower end of the range I gave earlier plus I know of other sales in this area too.

The upper range of red may also be close as someone posted that they bought a red for 47.2b although I can't comment on that as I don't know anything about it.
