its not a rare so that should explain alot.

like lysium said, its a yearly free reward at the summer beach for either doing the stuff there or you can get it with oddments(before last year with runecoins) so it might be low in price because if you save like 500-1000 oddments you can buy it for that. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

oh i see then, the wiki must be incorrect as it says 2 other balloons are also rares Hello!

i might be wrong but i recall this year they added all previous obtainable summer tokens etc to the seasonal oddment store in the crater at the summer beach event. before that they were considered more rare but because you can get them for oddments at the event players save up oddments to buy the "rares"they want with the event. for example next event which is around the corner they can release that events items in an oddment version too. we cant be 100% sure but if we see previous events then i would say 75%+ chance they will, making the events items drop in price. also it could be that they wont do it next year but thats all speculation for now. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

I've seen this months ago. Someone on Wiki added a lot of items in rare section and in my opinion straight up lied about that. That is why people without any experience show up semi-clueless and they get screwed by prices and lose gold. This is probably done on purpose.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Where is it confirmed its been rereleased I never seen it in oddment store past few years or sandy clues? Edit: it was never in the oddment store was only the beach tokens. Although yea people don't see it as discontinued because its a beach item. It could be discontinued though if it doesen't return for another 5 years. I need my blue charms back.

check the rares wiki


WIki isn't the best place to find out what is discontinued although its possible it can be its not 100%. Historically though most items that have been been released their first year have never returned before with exception of a few items. Also just because something is discontinued doesen't mean its going up to 1trill overnight. :) I need my blue charms back.
