why are some rares... so cheap

you guys shouldn't post if you are clueless on what you're even talking about.
the balloons never were a item you got from the beach itself, and never were in any oddment shops.
the balloons came from the summer loot piñata's back in 2016 only.

if there was anyway i could show you knowledge thats inside my head i would, i've done every beach event and remember the balloons were never in any of the shops, or from the beach itself and were obtainable from the pinata's -> bags.
