non-instant bought pumpkin for 1911m within past 8hrs If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

Usually merchers look the price of the lower hat below + the add the usual price difference. Purple price being at where its at Red is worth that + the couple bill 'upgrade fee'.

If the differences between hats change with time, and there are even occurrences where hats have changed position in the pricing tiers (purple has moved up two levels) then that pricing method seems inherently flawed.
People just skip Purple these days when upgrading because they don't really trust the pricing.
