Depends how many sign up for FSW and how many 99's people will average in 4 months.

5000x players | 28 skills:
28x 99's = 140,000 tokens
14x 99's = 70,000 "
7x 99's = 35,000 "
4x 99's = 20,000 "
2x 99's = 10,000 "

2500x players | 28 skills:
28x 99's = 70,000 tokens
14x 99's = 35,000 "
7x 99's = 17,500 "
4x 99's = 10,000 "
2x 99's = 5,000 "

1000x players | 28 skills:
28x 99's = 28,000 tokens
14x 99's = 14,000 "
7x 99's = 7,000 "
4x 99's = 4,000 "
2x 99's = 2,000 "

Also depends on how rare/common the 99 is on the high-scores by the end of the event.
And how good it looks to people. Price could also reflect the cost of bonds and time to acquire. PS: I'm pretty sure they said that there will be other ways to get them in the future.

I hope they set the initial G/E price to 99m (any mods here, feel free to steal this idea).
The price of them will be much higher at the start of the event as people will be weighing up whether to transfer early, to main-game (for a better deal on their items) or stick it out until the end and fight over other sellers (which will decrease prices). The same old / usual stuff.

Not everyone will want to continue their membership when they see players bagging 99's within 1 week. The first 14 days will be the most active (1 bond) after that is anyone's guess.

I reckon the Gold Halo will be the thing people fight over in the marketplace, personally.
They'll probably bring back inverted capes in future FSW, and the Disk Halo as it's thematic. Bob says:

Since they appear to not be tradeable on ge I expect these inverted cape tokens to settle around 400m for most of the 99 capes and for 120s 1.5b minimum since the servers can only be played for a limited amount of time hence limited tokens coming into the main game. Hard 120s will settle for over max cash.

Lets be realistic people, a 120 in a few months for any skill is "hard". Realistically the tokens will be scarce. They will certainly be bought up quickly to highest bidders. How many players are really going to grind one if not more than one 120 skill in just a few months? I guarantee the number to be very small. The slowest grindiest labor intensive capes will fetch the most absurd prices.

1. new economy makes things harder
2. regardless if the tokens can be obtained later it wont affect the price of highly rare labor capes.

I expect them to be very rare and expensive. So far FSW has not attracted the amount of people I thought would play it, and even less people are going to get 120s. Even though they will be available in the “future” who knows what that means and when that will happen. It’s hard to give a solid answer because we just don’t know yet, but the demand is definitely there. They’ll be easily over max cash for even the cheapest 120, IMO.
