Depending on how many players excluding irons were at the beach I would say theres 50-100k of ea beach token in the game. I doubt more then 5k players attended the beach.
What do you estimate supply of arthurs and unrelated ice cream hair head tokens to be? I know there are a lot of both.
I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.

Agree with you Josh but things don't have to be useful to be manipped or just low volume and someone gets ripped off
I sold surfboards last Dec for 46m ea and just the week leading upto beach, for 22-24m ea :/ people don't learn

I sold two surfs for 80m each last year, in the ge. I only put 2 in; they both sold.
I had an offer to sell all of mine for some bulk price. (I don't remember the price, but it was good.) Many thought they were discontinued after the last event.
You say people don't learn, but it was my first token event. Jagex NPC was saying they might not return. What coudl have been learned prior to that? If the shop hadn't returned, people would be saying they knew it wouldn't return.
The reality is, no one knows what Jagex will do. There's no pattern to learn.

As long as we don't use multiple alts to post fake prices then it should be fine to estimate token amounts.
If Jagex revealed the numbers like holly wreaths and xmas scythes this discussion would not be happening.
I need my blue charms back.

Well, when I say people don't learn, what I'm getting at is, surfboards dropped sub 1m, clawdia claws sub 1m, crusty's sub 2m, arthur's sub 5, seahorses down to 7 etc. etc. you know the rest.
Point is, eventually, people will post these and they won't shift so they'll stop posting them so even if the item isn't bought out, they inevitably rise due to reduced volume being put into the ge. I do this with all sorts of items and my bank is all over the place with random 'collections' because I give up trying to sell them. Sooner or later, I check their price and it's not uncommon they've spiked and then I decide to sell them off.
Eventually, some unfortunate soul comes along and wants the item so has to pay these spiked prices. Beach is very predictable and these poor unfortunate souls don't learn ever. Banana's literally dropped by more than 50% when monkey farming request appeared a few weeks back. Now they're rising again, ready to continue the inevitable cycle.
@panicsell, I know merchers that bought walks for a few 100m before they went over max cash, sellers thought they were dumb paying 100s of mills for an animation. An item can spike and never return to it's original price. my point is you can't predict these things you are at the mercy of jagex when trading in tokens. both sellers and buyers think they are right but it's jagex who decides, then afterwards one side feels smarter lmao.
