It's taken me between sub 2 months and 6 months+ to get max offers to fill, in the past. I'm waiting on dyes right now. They are taking awhile.
Assassin walks were filling very easily for awhile. Risky, because they will return at some point, possibly just in oddment store. But for a time, assassins were bank. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.
