Will this make reprisal ability codex go up or down?

Doesn't really change too much. It's mostly used for nex's ice prison or vorago teamsplit boxes or solak group mode p4 and in most scenario, it's only going to save 1-2 seconds on kills (or have no real effect) which isn't worth noting.
