I love how people are trying their best to come up with a use for mutated barge when it's complete shit. There aren't any bosses that you can't attack for more than 8 ticks aside from yaka pools.. If you take any longer than gcd at any boss you're honestly just bad.
A 2nd use for it would vorago but you can already 2 abilities with melee at the same time using vuln. If getting back in combat doesn't remove the build-up damage on barge (AKA: Cleave > barge same tick while still getting 225% dmg). If the build-up dmg is removed then there are 0 uses for this ability.
For rax you should be queueing a bleed then bladed dive to use it with another ability, pretty much the same everywhere.
AoD pillars you can BD Surge Barge combo if done correctly you won't be charging barge a single tick. doubt it's even worth buying this for 2m lol
