The reason barge is worth substantially more than the other two at the moment is because it is dropped by the last boss within ed2, it has the least amount of supply between the three, and it's the most usable for any of the three abilities. Whether it should be worth its current price, personally as a pvmer I would not pay that much for it at the moment.
