It is about time a new CB level was unlocked. Hope this doesn't turn into the whining we had when summoning came out.
They won't, because skillers can still max without any combat. Actually skillers will be jumping for joy as they are getting on equal footing with combat players in RS3.

You do realize that no matter how they train the skill, they will still level up their combat.

So what? If they don't want to level up their combat, they don't have to train Necromacy just like those "skill pures" don't have train combat skills.

You've literally just said the complete opposite things in a row.

You are just totally taking my two sentences out of context. You intentionally omitted my second sentence was a reply to your comment, not a continuation from my first comment.

How are they out of context?
They both pertain to how skillers will feel about Necromancy.
One says they'll be happy because they can train it without combat.
The other says that because it contains combat they won't be happy therefore won't train it.
This in itself proves CaptKoloth's point that some people will not be happy.

It is about your own choice. I clearly pointed out skill pures don't want to train combat skills just because of their own choice. Necromancy is another combat skill. If they don't want to gain combat levels, then just treat it like magic, ranged, melee, summoing etc and don't train it.
