glad to see we get green santa outfit but y does it have to be on th? unless its easy to get they should just give the outfit out like it used to be ys everything gotta be a cash grab by jagex now

i think they are from the wrapping paper event thing (then probably later in december th) but as of right now its wrapping paper

um yes all past items should be re-released , they supposed to be fun little cosmetics they dont tell the age of ur account thats what the year capes 5 , 10 15 etc are for , hell go for it rerelease the red one everyone deserves a second chance on the untradeable holiday items they might have missed on either cause they couldnt or didnt start till recenty

Your interpretation is most than likely wrong. AFAIK, all items debuted on TH can be obtained outside TH.
