I mean I see no issue with adding a new green one, but you could just as easily rerun the old event that released it originally and rerlease the original suit. Wouldn't be that hard to do. Leader of The Enemy ||

I'd personally be against the re-release also, but I don't mind when they make alterations such as they did with ghostly outfits, I think that's a happy medium. Bob says:

All of you saying not to rerelease past holiday items have obviously not played online games where the design idea is nothing is limited. Everything, and I mean everything, gets rereleased if you wait long enough. If you had, you would have obviously seen how much of a boon this is for the community of the game.
