I don't think so. That is how every update works.
Everything ends up being so cumbersome to train that it is worse than what we already have.
If it doesn't, you won't hear the end of it from veterans who have done it the hard way over the past 20 years, and can't accept anyone having it easier, which leads to the content being nerfed, and never played again. Then you have your dead content, just as usual.
