It is far more than an "example", the Scions of Erebus actually tells us quite a bit of information about Erebus. It is described as a "world of smoke". There is also an Autocrat, so it is not a democracy. "The world of smoke" invaded Erebus and exiled the abyssal creatures long before the existence of ancient demonic creatures from other planes like Ocularis and Hostilius. In fact, they even remember the previous incarnation of the Universe, suggesting they are as old, if not older than the Elder Gods.

Very interesting read actually, it is far more substantial to the lore than a cow and goblin "quest".

ELDER GOD WARS QUEST: EXTINCTION announced, will be released on April 4, 2022 or in 10 days.

It is the first Grandmaser Quests of Jagex's games in years. It unlocks new high level skilling resources for 6 skills that many RS3 asked for "rework", and they use Anachronia Basecamp rewards too.

For instead, new Construction training is being done in a new high level area (in Anchronia?) instead of POH. Sounds like the new concept of "reworking" old skills by expanding training in new areas with new methods instead of cramping old skilling spots with old resources.

The name of the quest: EXTINCTION pretty much tells us some race will cease to exist... and we know Gielinor is not going to end because it was revealed there will be bigger and then even bigger threat to us after the EGW... so goodbye Elder Gods I guess... :D

This thread is really outdated and we know we will have a new quest coming up to start the Fort Forinthry series.

Based on the finale of the Succession quest, we are likely going to get to the Daemonheim Rift Strange Power, which OP called "FLOOR 61 QUEST" we have experienced when Bilrach and Moia were last down there,

Thread is outdated because apparently the OP hasn't made any "new" posts on the forums since August of 2020 ........................................ and hasn't updated anything since October of 2020 ......

Not likely as OP has apparently left the RSOF more than 2 years ago.

RS3 has switched to episodic content production format and most of their updates are lore based and related to each other around that time. Perhaps OP has been happy with all those new quests, miniquests and lore based content (even Yak Tracks are lore based) and he didn't have all the time to update this thread any more.

Maybe you or somebody else can create a new thread?
