Not exactly. If you have done the Extinction quest, you should know Guthix's Gift exists in the form of the voices of Light and Shadow we frequently heard since Sliske's Endgame.
On a separate note, regardless how we kill or spare Zamorak, I am thrilled to have a little Zammy pet following me. How nice will it be to have a God as a follower of the World Guardian?
