If you use RuneLite they have a plugin called " Entity hider" It does exactly that.
For OSRS. OP's talking about RS3.

Each to their own, but I like to stay away from third-party clients.

There's not a lot you can do, OP. There is an option for other players to appear as 'ghosts', but I THINK it only works on mobile devices, and even then, it probably won't solve the AoE spam. All you could probably do is switch to quieter worlds or try Legacy servers.

No support.

Ppl just need to learn and deal with things they dislike as "hiding" things isnt the best solution.

Theres some familiars i dislike yet in most places im forced to deal with them.

So if can can make do so can you.

that should never be the case in a event where all should have the right to enjoy it not the player fault a limited amount of monster spawn but you cant see because so many people are in one location spamming aoe

3 simple ways to fixing the problem

1) add a hide system to hide players and there aoe spam ability's

2) lower the damage cap everyone needs to get from 70k-30k or something

3) add more monsters giveing the players who have not reach that damage cap more time
