Hi , I have the same issue with the trader as well. When i talk to him he says that the event is over, also i am not getting the shard for premier member club which i bought this morning, i do get the other benefits of being premier such as the cosmetic tokens and loyalty points . I hope they fix this

It depends on RNG and how much time you actually spent on pickpocketing.

I got my runecrafting pet a few weeks ago after playing this game for 22 years but somebody got it with only 100k RC xp.

Spending more time on pickpocketing will increase the chance of obtaining a shard from it, but it is not about how many days you spent on pickpocketing. A person who spent 4 hours a day pickpocketing for 3 days will have 60 times the chance of getting a shard drop than another person who spent 4 minutes a day pickpocketing for 3 days. Seeing from your Runemetics Activities Log you spent a lot of time on clue scrolls and BSD, and no log on thieving, it is not surprising for you not to get a shard from pickpocketing.
