I have gone through and activated a few of the cosmetic overrides with the H'Oddment tokens, and they are not appearing under Appearance > Wardrobe.

Filtered for full outfit, by individual item, search by name and they are not there. Logged out, back in & same thing.

On a side note, it is not possible to add .mp4 files here, as you tried in your post. Instead you either need to convert your video to a .gif, or simply leave a link to the website itself.
In this case however, I have taken the liberty of converting your video to a .gif. Obviously the framerate is a bit choppy though since 40+ second gifs aren't really all that great.
