@ OP - I don't think support is a strong enough word for this thread.
The entire collection of shoulder capes would have been 1000% more wearable as a cosmetic. (This comment was not intended as hyperbole.

They not only have zero perk or stat buffs they actually keep the player who likes and wants to wear one of these
Here's a few possible solutions.
*Add space on the POH cape rack to be more inclusive of capes not currently included
*Make the shoulder capes destroy-able so Diango can hold them
*retrofit the shoulder capes to be convertible so they can be turned into a cosmetic.

from wearing a cape (like the master capes we've worked so hard to acquire) that
do
give useful benefits towards our skilling efforts.
