This is why quests should have an order and requirements.

You have to do Dead and Buried first before you can start Ancient Awakening. The order and requirements of the 2 quests are clearly specified in the Quest Journal.

You will need to have the requirements and do the quests Dead and Buried and then Ancient Awakening to find out the lore, and the requirements include membership.

For those who don't have membership, they obviously can't enjoy the completion of all member quests in RSC/RS2/RS3/OSRS ever since 2021 themselves. However, they can still read the lore from various sources to experience the joy of the member World Guardian.

Lore of Identity of the Raptor also doesn't have any place of relevance in any quests other than Dead and Buried and Ancient Awakening, regardless you are f2p or member, or play the games 20 years ago or just a new player now.

Ellamaria can be The Raptor when she doesn't have to be the actual Queen of Misthalin, other than pretending to be busy with the royal garden of course.

We also learned The Raptor has a powerup which absorbs 25% of the damage dealt to the World Guardian from the Ungael Arena. This superpower may come from her shield. So Reldo made her helmet, Linza smithed her armor. Now who created her super shield? Probably not Captain America. :)
