I find it absolutely unforgiveable that the developers are still making the same repeated mistakes
1) It's a slayer update but they don't need to be your task so EVERYONE is able to swamp the update at the same time.
2) the dungeon size and outside fits 1-2 people max in each section and yet the dungeon is instanced to 6 but the content at worst is for 4 people. As the smaller level ghost drops the codex. there are 4 people there in every world.
3) EVERY man and his dog once again has Oldak Coils everywhere
It really gets on my nerves. These developers should be sacked for repeating the same problems with every single update.
I am absolutely certain none of them actually play the game they're updating in real time.
Also its about time they remove the redundant wilderness restrictions.

"Player:
Could you be raising an undead army to attack my fort?
Zemouregal:
Merely a distraction.
Player:
Your minions are easily defeated!
Zemouregal:
While you dally, my true schemes can unfold without your interference! On which subject, I have all I need from here for now. I leave
in the company
of my finest."
Zemouregal is not alone. He has company of other necromancers, Xau-Tak's finest.
They will be attacking many other places later. Zemouregal is only the first one. There are probably waves of attacks we need to defend.

Zemouregal (or whoever actually controlling him) is pretty much done with Fort Forinthry for now. His job is to set up some distraction while the mastermind behind him has a much grander plan on Gielinor perhaps for thousands of years already, and not just merely Fort Forinthry, with his convoy of finest necromancers and Daemonheim mobs from the other worlds.
My guess is the Strange Power and Corruption will gradually cause the eruption of global undead apocalypse. The Duke of Fort Forinthry et al will have to find a way to control it through Necromancy.
Dukes, do you really really think you can save them?

Im locked up at the point where it look like Raptor is going to open the crypt. The map locks up and never loads no natter how long I wait. Anyone else see or hear about this?
I'm still not convinced that Xau-Tak will be seen at the culmination of this specific story arc (and still pretty solidly convinced that Zemouregal himself will be the arc's big bad.) - but I'm willing to admit necromancers poking around hidden Dragonkin ruins in the Wilderness is pretty interesting.
As far as I am aware, the number of Dragonkin blessed with the power of necromancy numbers only the Ambassador and Teraket, and I'm not sure they were originally necromancers until after encountering Xau-Tak's power.
If I were take a stab at what's going on, Zemouregal may be looking to enhance his own necromantic abilities, which is why he went searching in old Forinthry/Senntisten Zarosian crypts (general area of Slayer Dungeon we encounter him in could possibly place him in either place) for what is perhaps the laboratory or lair for either of the above pair of Dragonkin.
With regards to why he's sending monsters to keep Fort Forinthry engaged, it's quite possible he was telling the truth in that the undead activity "is merely a distraction" to keep prying eyes away from his excavation. However, I believe the Fort is still a strategic obstacle for Zemouregal because of its ability to buttress Misthalin from invasion. Zemouregal has a well-known past fascination with the kingdom, and even if it's not personal for him and he's acting on behalf of Moia, the Zamorakian remnants probably will very soon be turning their attention south toward human settlements.
As for "I leave -YOU- (you missed that word Dilbert, and it's an important one in the context) in the company of my finest." - he's simply talking about the armoured phantoms or whatever it was he summoned to attack the Raptor and the player before the former makes us retreat back to the Fort. A simple "here's my best creations, I'm done here, bye." if you will.
Zemouregal was clearly defeated by Moria and if it wasn't Xau-Tak who took control of her in the 2018 Halloween Event why would she had such powers? Zemouregal is clearly not the source of the Strange Power. There was no previous lore Zemouregal had anything to do with the new undead.
If Taraket and other undead and necromancers weren't related to Xau-Tak, why would they show up the EDs? Why would Adrasteia told us to investigate necromancy sources in various locations?
We should be absolutely sure Necromancy is far bigger than just a distraction in Fort Forinthry. This is the most revealing part.

If we wanna play it safe and stay on the rails, we can definitely make some speculations that those ruins Zemouregal was trying to force his way into (or seal up, I have no idea what he was doing) belonged to Teraket or Kranon (now the Ambassador.)
However, someone proposed a pretty interesting comment in that Twitter post you shared Dilbert, and it got me thinking about the time the two RuneScapes exchanged new bosses about two years ago. Old School got Nex, and RuneScape 3 introduced TzKal-Zuk as the fourth opposing general of the Elder God Wars Dungeon.
There's a pretty well known boss monster in Old School RuneScape that is the creation of a Dragonkin (a being we know affectionately as a Dragon) and has the unique characteristic of being zombified. On top of that, this monster also summons minions during its boss fight that are known as "Zombified Spawn", which would also make -it- a Necromancer in its own right!
Is It possible.....that another cultural boss exchange between the two games is in the pipeline, and RS3 may be introduced to Vorkath?
So... is Jagex going to rectify the Edimmu issue or were they just playing a late April Fool's joke on its playerbase?
(For those who don't know, Edimmu are supposed to count as Ghosts, Undead, Zombies etc. But when you get, say, an Undead task from The Raptor the Meilyr guard says you can't go past the barrier.
