Perhaps it would help if you shared a screenshot of your achievements interface?

I can wear mine as both a cape and override, and I have seen many players with theirs on. Perhaps you're missing something?

The new task is glitched in the sense that it should be 1 month rather than 13 months, but I haven't heard of anyone being unable to equip the cape.

Edit: That's certainly an interesting comment below. Yeah, report it as a bug.

This is a bug.

A clanmate told me yesterday that they were unable to put their comp cape back on after removing it manually to wear a different one, even though they had all the requirements to do so, and could still display the cape as an override...

It's probably an error with the grace period allowed for obtaining Garden of Kharid achievements.

Report as a bug in game.

I haven't completed the GRACE PERIOD achievement yet, and I believe vast majority of players haven't. However, this won't stop players to continue to wear their comp capes. I have no problem either.

You should be able to tell what Completionist Cape requirement(s) (the game think) you are missing from Achievements -> Completionist -> Completionist Cape.

I am wondering the same thing too. Perhaps OP thinks the Grace Period has something to do with him not being able to wear his Comp Cape?

Anyway, I don't think so and suggested him to check other comp requirements under the Achievements tab, or file a bug report if he is still having the same problem now.
