Yes, the (expected) time of release should have been included in the news post, although it's possible they want to reduce the risk of the site crashing due to everyone trying to access the content at once.

Don't think they'd be afraid of that. Website offers gifts for a lot of games and is stable enough for plenty of people logging in at once. I've gone from an activity player to an inactive player.
