Hi

Not sure where to post this but this is the most active forum.....so I got acheron mammoths as a slayer task. I killed about 20 and had to restock but now I can't attack them any more unless I right click and choose attack, obviously this is not helpful when you have to dodge attacks and then reclick the mammoth. On this trip I did take an overload (which i didn't previously) so I thought maybe that was something that meant you could no longer attack the mammoths so I waited for the overload to run out and I still couldn't attack directly.

I don't know if this is a bug that should be reported, if I have accidentally clicked something to make them unattackable or is an intended mechanic when you take an overload?

Advice gratefully received.

It sounds like you have changed a setting, which changes your left click option on attackable targets. You basically should revert it to always left (rather than based on combat level (which basically emulates some legacy behaviour, which changed attack to right click against higher levelled enemies), always right (which can be a preferable setting if you want to pickpocket something) or disabled). Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

Thanks for your reply.

I just went to settings > combat > interfaces > one button gameplay and ticked the button. Now the acheron mammoths are clickable but it is just the examine option not attack like before. Is there a setting somewhere else (I can't seem to find anything else relevant).

This is so weird since I literally went to Wars retreat got food and an overload and since haven't been able to attack them, I hadn't opened settings or anything.

Woohoo I found the setting so in case anyone else has the problem it is

settings > combat & action bar > choose option menu > then the second drop down menu and choose left click.
