They made some changes today (Not sure what), but I was getting faster kills, and most was around 40 seconds, fastest was 38 so around 10 seconds less than yesterday with same preset.
I am no expert as I normally just play on legacy but what's your setup?
Mine persistent rage relic (to start at 100%), salve ammy, cinderbane gloves and highest-level poison. Revo bar is skelly summon, death skulls, living death, scythe and few other basics. The trick is to summon ghost and zombie JUST BEFORE the fight starts and then click ghost again for the double damage boost and as long as you do it before the fight starts it won't use any adrenaline. Aim to kill him under 50 seconds so he won't summon his own zombies. Blow up your own zombie just before his timer runs out for extra damage if you need but normally boss is dead before that.
Revo everything apart from your ghost/zombie. I soul split and never dodge his attacks which are very low anyway so don't normally need to heal with food. Sit back and relax, if not dead be ready for his zombies at the 50 second mark.
Less xp for any poison damage but faster kills make up for it.
