move this over to rants if you wish.

What would the point be of having the buffs as a leveling achievement if your going to constantly have them disabled its pointless the amount of times I level up and see I've unlocked a buff when it's completely untrue because it's disabled is totally rediculous.

As I understand it, the skill buffs are still enabled - just as they always were for Yak Tracks.

Only the CONTENT buffs (which are new to Hero Pass) have been disabled.

This was addressed on the
HERO PASS - PLAYER FEEDBACK UPDATE #2
dated 08 September 2023:

"Hero Pass XP Buffs will be moved out of the Premier rewards track, to be available to all members and to be earnable only through gameplay. This will happen as a cold-fix next week."
