We can buy Letter to Santa with only 400 Christmas Spirit each. We can also get Letter to Santa from random Christmas activities. It is never a problem, and OP doesn't seem to have any question on that neither.

Let me remind everybody we also get one Daily Challenge Skip token every two days from weekly rewards.

lol, you're changing subject again (as is the case when your determination to negate the point has nowhere to go but...somewhere else).

My point remains: how is it a HOLIDAY "buff" to double the tasks needed to complete the DAILY HOLIDAY letters?

It is not.

The "solution" is not "just wait a day and buy the letter" (see? everything is perfect just as is!)

Had a funny thought on reading this latest detour to left field of yours that maybe it's a payback for people who got up in arms when dailies were scrapped for the Hero Pass--good old dailies, where you could do/not do them, extend/OR NOT, reroll/OR NOT, toggle on/off, and get your xp/keys/rewards for the tasks of your choice. You want your dailies back, and aren't thrilled to tears with the Hero Pass? Okay, here you go...now, do them twice if you want to do the Holiday event dailies!

But not joking that you still aren't answering my fundamental point.

"It's a part of the weekly buffs that are part of the Christmas Event

Each week from 4 December 2023 will add a new stacking buff that builds each week until 4 January 2024. The following effects activate automatically at the beginning of the week:

4 December 2023: Free Daily Challenge Extensions
11 December 2023: Tier 4 Luck for all
18 December 2023: Free Aura resets
25 December 2023: Safe deaths

The Free Daily Challenge Extensions buff causes any newly rolled daily challenges to be automatically extended without using any vis wax." - Page 1, Post 2

That should have answered OP's question, as they acknnowledged:

OP never had any other problem and their question seemed to have been answered already.

No, it is on-topic. Just one you don't want to address if someone doesn't think it is a great buff in relation to the holiday event.

Are you empowered to gatekeep discussion? I don't see a little crown, but my eyes aren't the best.

Again, YOU are not addressing MY point in relation TO THE TOPIC of doubled tasks, other than your erstwhile cheerleading, diversion, and negation of any opinion with which you disagree.

Just a reminder that the purpose of the thread was to ask a question about the extended challenges.

If you have feedback on the Xmas weekly buffs, or any other part of the Christmas Season Update, you should post a separate thread for that. It makes it much easier for the J Mods gathering feedback from the forum to actually find it.

Wiki kind of confusing.
It sounds like that is what it means. I guess we'll find out for sure on Monday :)

I think so. It should be very helpful to have all 4 buffs at the last of the next 4 weeks. At least this is what I think "stacking buffs" should be, they apply on top of each other multiplicatively.
