Being over 500% soul attraction guarantees you get 6 randoms. This is from wiki:
With a soul attraction of at least 501%, a disturbance is guaranteed at every opportunity. It has been reported that a higher soul attraction level impacts the likelihood of higher level ritual disturbances, in which case it would still be worthwhile to raise soul attraction beyond 501%.
