Basically anything that gives you xp will do. We get 1 point every 3 minutes, and we don't even need to be skilling and killing continuously for 3 full minutes. We can just get some xp, take a break for 3 minutes, come back and get something that gives xp for another point.

I still have yet to get one since I am only at Tier 40. A friend of mine got one (not counting the T50 guaranteed cape) though just a few more tracks after T50. Remember, we can only get 10 Yak Sacks before T50, but after that we get 1 Yak Sack per task. So it is much much easier to get these capes after we complete all the initial 50 tracks.

Be prepared to see a lot of these capes in the game when more and more players are completing the first 50 tiers soon.

For me this has gone from a cool bonus, to a constant reminder the game is buried in weak RNG.

I shouldn't expect to get a cape since the chances can be bought, that is understood. But the fact is their MTX system is continually invading the game, and further eroding my enjoyment.
