Impossible New Achievements

the achievements "a cultist's journey" and "take it to sir tiffy in a jiffy" are impossible to get because:

1. A cultist's journey(solved*) : Johanhus Ulsbrecht never spawns.

2. Take it to sir tiffy in a jiffy(solved*) : the dude we have to take the notes from, is frozen and there's no options to deal with.
*Just cleared game cache*

"A cultist Journay" achievement? Are you talking about the Path of the Creator Yak Track which ran in the past? It is not an achievement and not recent at all. Of course, Johanhus Ulsbrecht won't spawn now in an event that happened a lot time ago.

I have not problem completing the Take it to sir tiffy in a jiffy achievement at all.

OP - have you managed to talk to the Curator about him? It might be worth trying again and making sure you complete every piece of dialogue before going out to search for him.
