My point was that RS Wiki says Bone frags are always dropped but only on slayer task given by The Raptor. So, is RS Wiki right? Or do they not always drop bone frags when on slayer task from the Raptor?

While the wiki is a great source of information, it doesn't exactly need to be true, since most things written in there stem from players - and that's especially important for new things, players just derive information at first, they do not get it handed out from Jagex. Since you basically have falsified it, it's obviously not a 100 % drop.

But yeah - that's wrong information in the wiki, not a bug ingame, since I can't recall Jagex having stated it should be a 100 % drop. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
