Some people may think your iron accounts are lucky when they want H'Oddments. I have gotten 0 H'Oddments from over 10 parties on 2 accounts. I did get titles and emote tokens.

I just logged in to do the pumpkins at Fort Forinthry and the event was so, so, so top-heavy that the lag kept freezing me before I could even get to a pumpkin. That is, when I was even able to find one. Then I lagged so badly that my computer froze and crashed with runtime errors from Jagex/Runescape. Yeah, that wasn't fun. (Let me just say that my computer NEVER crashes.)

I usually adore these events, but if this is just going to be a mad dashing frenzy of lag and avatar ant swarms with a potential for crashing computers, it's senseless for me to even attempt it. That makes me very, very unhappy. All in all, I'd say this event was poorly thought out and extremely frustrating.

FYI, I also have *no* idea how to implement the override for my chapel. So far, I've found no way to do it. No right click options, no blueprints, no NPC that explains how to do it. Kind of a useless token if you can't figure out how to use it!

If you are lagging, you may want to go to worlds with lower number of players. As long as you don't go to worlds with like 10 players (e.g. Legacy Only Worlds) the chance is you may find 20 or 30 players partying in a world with like 100 players. You should find far less lag than worlds with 1000 players.

For the people with the token for changing the trees you have to speak to the NPC leaning against a tree outside the town hall and for the chapel speak to the priest to change to Icthlarin after consuming the token.

As an ironman I accept we shouldn't get sweets and stars/lamps but it would be good if we could get the congealed blood, ashes and spirit weed, drops and the ultimate pumpkin head. its not like they will make huge difference just a small token while playing the event.

Graphics crashing and lagging out most times I try these. Don't want to have to downgrade my settings for a couple of weeks just to do these events. Why make a holiday event with more load than the regular game? I have no problems with e.g. wildy flash events W84 so it's not normal.

I absolutely agree. Time and again, during holiday events, irons are prevented from getting any rewards at all apart from oddments and possibly tokens. The only time that changed was during the Last Wills activity when we were able to get ashes and bones. If it was acceptable then, why is it not now?

Absoluting loving this event. Pumpkins spawn like candies. I already smashed 250 of them in just one day and converted the deformed Pumpkin, unlocking the ritual light source saving buff.

Obtained all kinds of cosmetic tokens except Orange Halloween Mask though. I also enjoyed the partying with plenty of players smashing pumpkins every hour. Got all kinds of buffing candies although I won't be using most of them on this near master maxed toon (except Necromancy). Still, getting my first Hezelmere ring in 22 years of playing worths it. :P

I missed the times that H'Ween events were actually good and rewarding
This event is nice but holy hell you dont get anything

after 2 days of 12hrs + gameplay, i got nothing other than the trash loot (bones, necroplasm..)

i cant imagine how much time it will take to get close of getting any rare
though i like parties but you literally dont get items that are worth your time, unless you *drum rolls* pay more for TH keys, rewards from an event like H'ween and xmas should be common
so that every time you look at it you remember the event

Jagex promised that they wont go Hero Pass trajectory again, but they failed and its really disappointing, MTX is everywhere in RS

another huge thing is why is the game not decorated like every year :(
it doesn't feel like h'ween vibes

cant believe that im quitting the game, AGAIN after i came back after the hero pass drama

for the 20+ years that i have played this game this is the first time that im extremely disappointed!
